As the Senior Manager of Patient Operations, you’ll lead in shaping and optimizing how to support patients throughout their entire care journey. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage a fast-growing team dedicated to delivering exceptional, consistent service at every touchpoint. You’ll combine strategic vision, operational mastery, and a deep understanding of patient needs to elevate both outcomes and experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, guide, and inspire a team of patient experience specialists
  • Foster growth through coaching, skill-building, and tailored development plans
  • Analyze core operational workflows to uncover areas for enhanced efficiency
  • Spearhead improvement projects that eliminate friction and deliver measurable value
  • Establish and track KPIs to ensure team accountability and progress
