Job summary

Vetted Solutions seeks a Tax Manager/Senior Manager to deliver tax compliance and advisory services focused on pass-through entities and partnerships for Asset Management clients. You will oversee client portfolios and serve as primary contact on engagements.

You will lead and mentor tax professionals, supervise multiple engagements, contribute to business development, and manage engagement risks for Senior Managers, including billing and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience for Managers; eight years for Senior Managers.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Professional credentials such as CPA, JD/LLM, or EA are required or must be obtained within one year if not already held.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and leading teams.
• For Senior Managers: Mentoring staff and managing engagement risks.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with tax compliance and strategic advisory services.
• Lead and manage client engagements, acting as primary contact.
• Supervise and mentor team members working on tax projects.
• Contribute to market activities and business development efforts.
• For Senior Managers: Manage engagement risks, financial performance, billing, collections, and identify new opportunities.
