• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Support Mayo Clinic Business Development's mission; serve as individual contributor and lead multiple projects.
• Organize opportunities into work teams and assign staff to teams.
• Ensure accountability for processes and outcomes; report status to department leadership.
• Represent the department in interactions with Mayo departments, leadership, and external entities.
