As the Senior Manager Enterprise Partner Program, you will help build and champion our global enterprise partner program. You will be responsible for creating communication strategies, program guides, and documentation, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and driving partner growth and engagement.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Partner Programs and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

What you will do:

  • Develop program guides and governance documents for global enterprise partner programs.
  • Build scalable methods to educate and engage partners.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Manage processes, timelines, and deliverables for the partnership program.
  • Design and facilitate the partner advisory council.
  • Recommend and implement partner benefits and incentives.
  • Track and analyze partner performance to optimize engagement.

The skills you bring:

  • 8+ years in partner program development or complex program management.
  • Experience with various partner types including System Integrators, Resellers, MSPs, OEMs, and Technology partners.
  • Strong communication, presentation, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute business strategies.
  • Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model.
