Join to apply for the Senior Manager Partner Programs role at Ericsson.

As the Senior Manager Enterprise Partner Program, you will help build and champion our global enterprise partner program. You will be responsible for creating communication strategies and documentation that bring our programs to life, develop program guides, and manage internal and external communications with partners. You will collaborate closely with the Heads of Partner Management and Partner Marketing to enhance partner engagement and feedback mechanisms.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Partner Programs and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

What you will do:

• Develop program guides and governance documents in collaboration with partner management and legal teams.
• Create scalable methods to educate and engage partners, driving adoption of benefits and resources.
• Coordinate with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to align partner program goals and messages.
• Manage processes, timelines, and deliverables to ensure efficient program progression.
• Design and facilitate the partner advisory council, capturing feedback and tracking commitments.
• Recommend and implement partner benefits and incentives to foster growth and engagement.
• Track and analyze partner performance data to optimize processes.

Skills required:

• 8+ years of experience in partner program development or complex program management.
• Experience with partner types such as System Integrators, Resellers, MSPs, OEMs, and Technology partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to plan, pitch, and execute business strategies from start to finish.
• Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model.
