This role is open to being remote in the United States of America.

Role Overview: As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Partner Program, you will help build and lead our global enterprise partner program. Responsibilities include developing communication strategies, creating program guides, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing partner performance to optimize engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop program guides and governance documents in collaboration with legal and partner management teams.
• Create scalable educational and engagement initiatives for partners.
• Coordinate with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to align partner strategies.
• Manage processes, timelines, and deliverables to ensure program effectiveness.
• Design and facilitate a partner advisory council for feedback and tracking commitments.
• Recommend partner benefits and incentives to promote growth.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance data to improve processes.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years in partner program development or complex program management.
• Experience with various partner types such as System Integrators, Resellers, MSPs, OEMs, and Technology partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to plan, pitch, and execute business strategies from start to finish.
• Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model.

Location & Compensation: This position is remote in the US, with a salary range of $100,400 - $178,200 depending on the market and experience.
