As the Senior Manager Enterprise Partner Program, you will help build and champion our global enterprise partner program. You will be responsible for creating communication strategies and documentation that bring our partner programs to life. This role involves developing program guides, managing internal and external communications, and working closely with leadership to engage with partners effectively.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Partner Programs and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

What you will do:

• Develop program guides and governance documents for global enterprise partner programs.
• Build scalable education and engagement strategies for partners.
• Coordinate with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to align partner program goals.
• Manage processes, timelines, and deliverables to ensure program effectiveness.
• Lead the partner advisory council to gather feedback and track commitments.
• Implement partner benefits and incentives to promote growth.
• Monitor partner performance and analyze data for continuous improvement.

The skills you bring:

• 8+ years in partner program development or complex program management.
• Experience with various partner types including System Integrators, Resellers, MSPs, OEMs, and Technology Partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to plan and execute business strategies from start to finish.
• Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model.

Additional Information:

This position is open to remote candidates in the USA. Ericsson does not sponsor US work visas for this role and does not hire F-1 students on EAD for this position.

Ericsson offers competitive benefits, including health, financial security, paid time off, and additional perks. The salary range is $100,400 - $150,600 depending on location and experience.
