As the Senior Manager Enterprise Partner Program, you will help build and champion our global enterprise partner program. You will be responsible for creating communication strategies and documentation to bring our enterprise partner programs to life. This role involves developing and owning program guides and documentation, as well as managing internal and external communications with partners. You will work closely with the Heads of Partner Management and Partner Marketing to engage with partners and create feedback mechanisms to evolve the partner program strategy to mutually achieve our goals.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Global Partner Programs and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

What you will do:
  • Collaborate with partner programs colleagues, partner management, and legal to develop program guides and governance documents for the global enterprise partner programs.
  • Build scalable methods to educate and engage with partners to drive adoption of program benefits and resources.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, and operations to align on partner program goals and messages.
  • Manage processes, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the partnership program progresses efficiently.
  • Design and facilitate the partner advisory council, capturing feedback and tracking commitments.
  • Recommend and implement partner benefits and incentives to foster growth and engagement.
  • Track partner performance and analyze data to optimize processes and engagement.
The skills you bring:
  • 8+ years of experience in partner program development and/or complex program management.
  • Experience designing or building partner programs including System Integrators, Resellers, Managed Service Providers, OEMs, and Technology partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to plan, pitch, and execute business strategies from start to finish.
  • Understanding of a global two-tier distribution model.
