**As a senior manager supporting Partner & Asset Protection on the Global Security & Resilience team, you will be leading regional managers across a broad geography, advocating and advising for a safe and secure environment in our Retail Coffeehouses and Siren Roastery and Reserve locations.**

**_As a senior manager, you will…_**

+ **Hire, train and continuously develop and inspire a remote team to role model Starbucks Mission & Values and effectively respond to physical safety and security incidents.**

+ **Coach, support and hold regional managers accountable to build, implement and adapt individual market strategies based on business analysis and enterprise priorities.** **Approve travel requests and manage expenses in alignment with business and budgetary requirements.**

+ **Support and advise leaders and cross-functional teams on escalated safety issues.** **Collaborate on safety mitigation and solutions.** **Act as trusted advisor with cross-functional departments and senior leaders demonstrating a balanced perspective, market knowledge, and enterprise awareness.**

+ **Co-create with peers and proactively advance departmental priorities and project work. Identify problems to solve, align on priorities, and bring others along to execute towards a clear vision.** **Build effective strategies and drive functional business unit priorities in collaboration with peers.**

+ **Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.** **Create and deliver compelling presentations, business analysis and trends, both in person and in virtual settings using hybrid meeting principles.**

+ **Effectively utilize broad range of digital tools, resources, systems and programs, role-modeling a growth mindset and change management leadership skills.**

+ **Work primarily using a digital connection and occasionally travel throughout North America as established by leadership and based on business needs.**

**_We’d love to hear from people with..._**

+ **Multi-unit management, regional consultation or equivalent experience (2 years)**

+ **Security, crisis, or incident management consulting and trend analysis (3 years)**

+ **Retail, restaurant, manufacturing or other general management experience (3 years)**

+ Experience leading and coaching remote teams, with proven success in driving engagement, setting clear direction and leading through change (3 years)

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
