The People & Culture Business Partnering team is responsible for providing support to the organization for all people-related matters, ranging from organizational development, performance management, employee relations, to team and leadership development. In partnership with the People & Culture Centers of Excellence, they work closely with people managers and employees to accomplish business objectives through the application of thoughtful, intentional, and innovative people support.
The Senior Manager, People & Culture Business Partnering is the senior HR leader and trusted advisor for a Fulfillment Center campus, responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success. This role partners with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to shape workforce strategy, build leadership capability, and deliver scalable talent solutions that enable operational excellence. The Senior Manager provides strategic direction and oversight across all People & Culture disciplines, including talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, change leadership, and culture development. This leader may support with enterprise and network-wide initiatives, influences key business decisions, and leads transformational efforts that enhance business performance and employee engagement for their location. By modeling and championing the company's core values and Practice of Leadership, the Senior Manager creates an environment where leaders, teams, and the business can thrive.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay‑for‑performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$144,000–189,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
