What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of related experience in customer-facing roles, including 2+ years of people leadership
- Proven success leading operationally complex, customer-facing teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and implement improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence stakeholders
- Available to travel based on business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in B2B order support, manufacturing, or distribution environments
- Familiarity with commercial lighting, electrical distribution, or adjacent industries
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience leading change initiatives and creating structure in ambiguous environments
- Proficient with workflow systems, CRM platforms, and modern customer experience tools
