Job summary

Wesco seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management solutions. You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated supply chain solutions supporting Wesco's digital transformation initiatives.

The candidate should have 10+ years in Oracle SCM and 5+ years in solution architecture, with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules and OIC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Oracle SCM experience.
• 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience with Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud, Inventory Management Cloud, and Order Management Cloud.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Solid analytical skills with ability to solve problems and interpret instructions.
• Project management expertise in planning and completing large and small projects.
• Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership ability as a creative, competent team builder.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern integrations between Oracle Cloud, Blue Yonder, OMS, warehouse systems, and enterprise applications.
• Drive configuration, extension, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to deliver scalable and supportable solutions.
• Mentor functional and technical teams while ensuring adherence to architecture standards

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
