Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Program Management responsible for driving programs within the Walmart+ organization. This role involves implementing go-to-market strategies by developing plans, milestones, and success metrics to ensure timely launches. The role requires collaboration on large cross-functional projects with project teams and leadership, with effective communication to all stakeholders being critical for success.

What you'll do

• Coordinate multiple projects across the Membership team, managing various projects, teams, and topics simultaneously.
• Drive informed decision-making for large projects by collaborating with teams and leadership to identify goals, success criteria, risks, and issues.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prioritize and resolve critical issues.
• Create communication plans and educate sponsors, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Manage the creation of large presentations and organization-wide projects.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $180,000, with additional bonuses and potential stock options.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field, with 3 years of experience in operations or project management, or 5 years of relevant experience. At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects, a Master’s degree in Operations Management, and Project Management Professional certification are preferred.
