Job summary

CarMax Auto Finance is seeking a Senior Manager, CAF Customer Experience (Digital Marketing) to drive omni-channel communications that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and repurchase.

You will lead the Digital Marketing team, ensure content consistency and compliance across letters, statements, email, text, IVR, and our website and mobile app, while partnering with Technology, CAF Legal, Compliance and senior leadership to elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing or related experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and optimizing omni-channel customer communications to meet department goals.
• Overseeing design and execution of digital and mailed communications per brand guidelines.
• Lead the Digital Marketing team with documented processes compliant with policies.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to ensure customer-centric communication strategies.
• Develop reports and dashboards to measure performance across end-to-end communications.
• Create and maintain a customer journey map for all key moments.
