Job description

At Revlon, we create beauty innovations for everyone that inspire confidence and ignite joy every day. Breaking beauty boundaries is in our company’s DNA. Since its game-changing launch of the first opaque nail enamel in 1932 (and later, the first long-wear foundation), Revlon has provided consumers with high-quality product innovation, performance, and sophisticated glamour. Elizabeth Arden made waves as a woman-led beauty company in the 1920s. In 1931, Almay became the original hypoallergenic, fragrance-free beauty brand. Today, Revlon resiliently continues its legacy as a leading global beauty company. Our diverse portfolio—which consists of some of the world’s most iconic brands and product offerings in color cosmetics, skincare, hair color & care, personal care, and fragrances—is sold around the world through prestige, professional, mass, and direct-to-consumer retail channels. These brands include Revlon, Revlon Professional, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, CND, Cutex, Mitchum, Sinful Colors, Creme of Nature, Christina Aguilera, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy and more.

We honor our heritage, embrace change, and applaud diversity. We champion our employees and celebrate our consumers.

We are Revlon, together, transforming beauty.

This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our New York office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days.

Summary

The Senior Manager, Omni-Channel Program Activation & Delivery will lead enterprise initiatives that accelerate digital growth and transform how we deliver connected experiences across brands, markets, and functions. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Digital Product and Experiences, this role serves as the link between strategy and execution—bringing together business teams, technology partners, agencies, and vendors to move complex programs forward.

In this role, you will lead through influence and own integrated program delivery, stakeholder alignment, governance, risk management, and organizational readiness from planning through launch and adoption. Your leadership will help teams navigate complexity, make informed decisions, and translate strategic investments into measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, outcomes-driven leader who builds trust quickly, creates clarity across diverse stakeholders, and turns strategic priorities into sustainable impact. This is a hybrid role based at our New York headquarters.

This role is accountable for activating and delivering a portfolio of complex business and technology initiatives. • Coordinate launch and market-enablement activities across brands and regions to support consistent, scalable execution.
  • Establish practical governance, performance measures, and executive reporting that provide visibility, enable timely decisions, and reinforce accountability.

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization and delivering results through influence.
  • Strong program management capabilities, including integrated planning, prioritization, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to create clarity from ambiguity, balance multiple priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing agencies, vendors, or implementation partners.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree; PMP, Agile, change management, or related certification; experience supporting organizational change and adoption; and experience working across global brands, markets, or regions.
