Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Transaction Advisory Service team within Financial Advisory Services. You will deliver due diligence and transaction advisory support, working with firm leadership to help clients meet complex financial needs.

This is a high-impact role with strong upward trajectory. As a senior member, you will collaborate with clients and leadership, build relationships, and contribute to firm growth while maintaining a focus on client

Competenze

• 8+ years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
• Strong motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong Excel modeling and data-driven insights.

We are currently searching for a Senior Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within our Financial Advisory Services consulting team. What You Will Do:

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy side and sell side transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.

Qualifications:

• Must have a current, accepted offer with Baker Tilly (formerly Anchin or Berkowitz Pollack Brant)
• 8+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude
• Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities appropriately
• Intermediate modeling and excel skills, experience conducting complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis and ability to generate data-driven insights
• Ability to work autonomously, to meet tight deadlines, and to thrive in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management and ability to lead and drive initiatives
• Ability to work effectively and thrive in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in various industries
• Ability to comfortably interact with senior level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of and participating in executive briefings

Compensation:

The pay rate range for this job position is $113,300 to $262,300. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
