A leading organization is seeking a Senior Manager of Recruiting to oversee US-based recruiting efforts. This role will focus on creating and evaluating recruitment processes in alignment with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Head of People and report to them directly.
The Senior Manager of Recruiting will lead FSG’s US-based recruiting efforts in partnership with the Head of People and Recruiting Coordinator, focusing on creating, advancing, and evaluating searches across all US-based Impact Units and Operations Teams. As a member of the People Team, the Senior Manager of Recruiting will incorporate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into all aspects of their work. This role will report to Marcia LoMonaco, Head of People.
