About The Opportunity

A financial wellness company is looking to fill their Senior Manager of Machine Learning position. The company focuses on monitoring users’ spending habits and managing/canceling unused subscriptions.

Job Details

As a Sr. Manager of ML, you'll guide a dynamic team of 7-10 data scientists and engineers, leading the development of AI-powered features to enhance members' financial journeys. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to deploy LLMs and Gen-AI to improve product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of 7+ engineers and scientists
• Work with Data Science, product, and design teams to guide technical direction
• Direct the development of AI/ML driven enhancements
• Create roadmaps to achieve quarterly AI/ML goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading a team of 7+ engineers/scientists enhancing consumer-facing products
• Strong knowledge and experience deploying LLMs, Gen-AI, RAG
• Experience working cross-functionally with product and design teams
• Experience with experimentation on products is a plus
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship or visa transfer
