Mural Health is a fast-growing clinical technology start-up that makes clinical trials easier for participants. Our mission is to eliminate any barriers participants or caregivers experience while being part of a clinical trial. We’re modernizing the clinical research experience by delivering tools that simplify access, communication, and support for trial participants, especially those historically underserved in clinical research.
With a 3.1-10.1X average ROI for trials we support, we’ve been able to grow quickly: We currently work with 5 of the top 10 pharma companies, various leading health systems and site networks, and are a preferred partner for 5 major CROs. Role overview
As our team continues to grow, we’re now looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to join us. As the first growth marketing hire, this role will help shape the direction and strategy of this core marketing unit, and to execute on this strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across all our channels.
This critical role will report to Mural’s Chief Commercial Officer, and will work closely both with members of the marketing team and across multiple other functions. We are looking for a leader who is strategic, data-driven and innovative, and enjoys working cross functionally in a fast paced environment. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a high-leverage marketing function within a mission-driven startup.
