One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Manager of Events in the United States.

We’re looking for a strategic and creative events professional to lead high-impact experiences that bring people together and drive revenue. As the Senior Manager of Events, you’ll oversee the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, field events, and experiential activations. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure every event aligns with business goals—attracting new prospects, deepening customer relationships, and creating memorable brand moments. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have a sharp eye for detail, and are always looking for ways to innovate and elevate the attendee experience.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the execution of the company’s event strategy across field events, trade shows, and conferences
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive pre-event engagement and post-event follow-up
• Manage event logistics end-to-end including venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and budget tracking
• Develop and implement campaigns in partnership with the Marketing team to maximize event engagement
• Measure and analyze event success using metrics like pipeline generated, attendance, and ROI
• Ensure accurate attribution tracking and reporting on event outcomes
• Continuously improve event experiences based on performance insights and feedback

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing events, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry
• Proven track record managing both large-scale trade shows and smaller, targeted field events
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally across teams
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite is a plus
• Creative, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
