GardaWorld is seeking a Senior Manager of Benefits Operations to lead the U.S. Benefits Administration and drive operational excellence within the U.S. Business Shared Services team.

The role requires five or more years in benefits administration, strong process improvement skills, and the ability to manage multiple vendors and Open Enrollment cycles.
The Senior Manager of Benefits is responsible for leading operational excellence in GardaWorld’s U.S. benefits administration and driving continuous process improvement across the organization as part of the U.S. Business Shared Services team. This role serves as the operational leader for the Benefits team, ensuring efficient administration, regulatory compliance, standardized operating procedures, and exceptional service delivery.
