Job description

Kyowa Kirin is a fast-growing global specialty pharmaceutical company that applies state-of-the-art biotechnologies to discover and deliver novel medicines in four disease areas: bone and mineral; intractable hematologic; hematology oncology; and rare disease. Summary of Job:

Lead the creation and delivery of regular omnichannel performance reports in partnership across all of OCX. Identify issues or insights within the OCX data. Provide guidance and input on potential enhancements to improve and evolve the standard report design, layout, and data.

Essential Functions:

  • Create and deliver timely OCX reports for all brand franchises
  • Partner with the OCX teams to document the insights, findings, and recommendation for inclusion within the monthly OCX reports
  • Support the compliant use of data and conversion of that data into actionable insights to drive efficient and effective customer experiences
  • In collaboration with the OCX Brand team and other stakeholders, provide input and advice on potential enhancements and / or improvements to the standard monthly reports
  • Provide initial design and layout recommendations for incorporation of new data into the monthly reports, accounting for the actionability and insights from such data
  • Support OCX Data Architecture Director across a range of strategic topics from data quality management, PowerBI enhancements / report updates, creation of self-service reporting options, etc.
  • Compile industry benchmarks and analytics to ensure KKNA is consistently delivering appropriate metrics to guide the customer experience
  • Provide support for Ad hoc data queries to help assess and / or address OCX related data questions

Job Requirements:

Education:

B.A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing, Information Science, Digital Marketing or other relevant fields

Experience:

4 - 6 years of relevant work experience within the pharmaceutical or Biotech Industries, 4+ years of hands-on experience using statistical tools for marketing / media performance measurement and insights, demonstrated experience identifying and outlining key campaign metrics and building campaign metrics plans

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are desirable.
  • Previous experience with media analytics, click stream analytics, and 3rd party pharma data sources
  • Experience with data visualization tools such Power BI or QlikView helpful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Must be capable of communicating results of analysis to effectively identify issues and/or opportunities
  • Self-motivated professional with ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving orientation
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment with the need to manage constant change.
  • Able to deal with ambiguity and to change gears / plans quickly

Physical Demands: Normal office environment with prolonged sitting and extensive computer work

Working Conditions: Requires up to 10% domestic and international travel
