The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic sourcing process for nonproduct Contingent Labor OSC-led categories, including strategy development, market analysis, supplier negotiations, and implementation.
  • Manage enterprise-wide contracts and supplier relationships for key commodity areas.
  • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business goals, leveraging data-driven insights and best in class sourcing practices.
  • Partner with business unit operations, engineering, and human resources to understand requirements and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead supplier performance management, including KPIs, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, sourcing governance, and risk management requirements.
  • Support cost modeling, benchmarking, and should cost analysis to identify value opportunities.
  • Oversee RFPs/RFQ's, contract lifecycle management, and negotiations in collaboration with legal and business stakeholders.
  • Eligible candidates must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field and minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Contingent Labor or Professional Services category or an Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years relevant experience in Contingent Labor or Professional Services procurement category.
  • Demonstrated success leading RFPs and negotiating large-scale Contingent Labor or Professional Services contracts, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a matrixed organization, influencing with and without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
