Samsung Electronics America, based in Plano, TX, seeks a Senior Manager to lead nationwide retail deployment and installation programs for Home Entertainment and Digital Appliances. You will manage budgets, third‑party labor, and fixture partners to ensure flawless in‑store execution across major retailers.

The role requires 12+ years in retail deployment or fixture construction, PMP is a plus, and strong leadership across cross‑functional teams to drive brand integrity and sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 12+ years in retail deployment, visual merchandising operations, project management, or fixture construction.
• PMP or formal Project Management certification is a strong plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead Nationwide Rollouts: plan, schedule, stage, and install fixtures, endcaps, displays across HE/DA channels.
• Partner with account teams to tailor deployment playbooks for diverse retailers.
• Drive NPL resets and major launches with synchronized floor readiness and campaigns.
• Oversee field prototyping, tests, and time‑and‑motion studies for new fixtures.
• Manage vendor ecosystem including fabricators and national 3rd‑party installers.
• Establish KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards for installation performance and safety.
• Serve as escalation point for field issues to minimize disruption.
• Lead value engineering with procurement and design teams.
• Collaborate with Retail Design, Product Marketing, and Supply Chain.
