OPENTEXT - THE INFORMATION COMPANY seeks a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the multi-tenant OpenText Communications offering. You will own strategy, roadmap, and business plans, and lead a team across design, authoring, and integrations to deliver a scalable SaaS service.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive monetization, adoption, and customer value, shaping platform capabilities and APIs for partner and client use.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS.
• Experience leading a product area and mentoring managers.
• Proven success launching multi-tenant SaaS products.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, and security.
• Ability to translate client needs into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy for a modern, multi-tenant SaaS communications platform.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from market strategy to adoption and usage metrics.
• Lead a team of product managers across design, authoring, integrations, APIs, and platform capabilities.
• Engage with clients, partners, and field teams to validate needs and improve product-market fit.
