Job summary

OpenText, the information company, seeks a Lead Product Manager to shape strategy and roadmaps across Experience Cloud. You will translate market opportunities into differentiated enterprise SaaS solutions and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value for clients.

You will define product success metrics, conduct market research, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Services, and Support to ensure market growth. A strong background in SaaS, APIs, cloud technologies, and GenAI is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software and cloud applications.
• Experience with digital experience, analytics, and experience management solutions.
• Proven success in defining products and requirements for SaaS applications.
• Experience working with development teams on solution architecture, APIs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Drive requirements and manage development from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with PMs, Development, UX, Marketing, Sales, Services, and Support.
• Build and maintain demos for client engagement.
