Responsabilidades

• Complete the month-end close process, including journal entries across key areas.
• Oversee timely divisional close activities with general ledger and ERP modules.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, reconciliations and cash flow.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX compliance; liaise with audits.
• Lead consolidation reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
• Drive accounting and systems improvement projects to support growth.
• Collaborate with shared services, finance and operations on reporting.
• Support forecasting, annual operating plan development, and system enhancements.
• Coordinate quarterly disclosure reporting for regulatory filings (10-Q, 10-K).
• Manage and develop accounting professionals to ensure timely reporting.

The Senior Manager, Metal Beverage Accounting plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of accounting activities across the Beverage Packaging, North and Central America division. This position leads key financial reporting and close processes, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that support operational performance and business growth.

• Responsible for completion of the month-end close process, including preparation, review, and posting of journal entries across key accounting areas.
• Oversee timely and accurate divisional close activities, including general ledger and ERP module close processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow activity, and variance explanations.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements while serving as a primary liaison for internal and external audits.
• Lead the preparation and submission of financial results and consolidation reportingin accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Drive accounting and systems improvement projects that support divisionalobjectives and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with shared services, finance, and operational teams to support company-wide initiatives and reporting requirements.
• Support forecasting, annual operating plan development, and manufacturing system enhancement projects.
• Coordinate quarterly disclosure reporting for regulatory filings, including 10-Q and 10-K requirements.
• Manage, develop, and review the work of accounting professionals to ensureaccurate and timely reporting.

• Expected Hiring Salary Range:$115,000 - $164,300 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
• This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

• Hybrid On-Site Work Environment: Based in Colorado, this position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site for three (3) or more work days per work week (with core collaboration days of Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
