The Senior Manager, Operations Excellence — Site Lead will play a critical role in driving operational execution stability, Turnaround Time (TAT) improvement, and workflow maturity development within Military Engines Sustainment Global Depot Operations at the West Palm Beach (WPB) Depot. This role will focus on leading Continuous Improvement (CI), readiness engineering operations, and digital tool adoption while ensuring disciplined readiness practices across Gates 1–4 in a low-volume, highly complex Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) environment. This position requires up to 25% travel and will support WPB and other CONUS Depot Sites.

What You Will Do:

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related technical field required.
• A minimum of 10 years of Operations or MRO environment experience or minimum of 7 years of the same experience with Advanced degree.
• 5+ years of experience in operations, CI/Lean, MRO, manufacturing, or engineering leadership.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• Experience in military or commercial MRO or aerospace sustainment.
• Lean Six Sigma or CORE certification (Green Belt, Champion, Practitioner, or higher).
• Experience implementing digital CI toolsets or analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in SAP and experience with Solumina workflows and discrepancy management.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
