Senior Manager, Merchandising Planning – Young Adult Apparel
Relocation Required to Bentonville, AR

Your role as a Senior Manager in Merchandise Planning involves leading financial strategy development for a merchandise category, similar to a CFO of a multi-million-dollar category. You will work with cross-functional teams, using data analytics to drive sales growth and maintain profitability, developing budgets based on historical trends, and fostering a culture of accountability.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and 4 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or 6 years’ experience in related areas. Alternatively, 6 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience negotiating terms and costing, Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibility, familiarity with Retail Link, and supervisory experience. Education in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
