An established industry player is seeking a strategic thinker to enhance member retention through innovative marketing strategies. This role involves collaboration across teams to design omni-channel marketing strategies aimed at improving member engagement and renewal rates. Position Summary: We’re looking for a highly strategic and customer-centric thinker who can help develop and implement the vision for member retention communications through utilization of key marketing experiences and platforms (including owned, paid, site, etc.). You will also partner cross functionally, with internal teams as well as external agencies, to drive cutting edge innovation - helping Sam’s lead the way in using data and personalization to drive engagement from our members. This role will work out of our Bentonville, AR office and report to the Sr. Director of Marketing Planning and Strategy.
