Overview

Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics (Remote)

Performance Marketing Team | Reports to Director, Growth

As Allbirds grows, so does the complexity of our marketing. We need a data-driven leader who can build reports that bring clarity, own forecasts that guide our decisions, and drive business results through actionable insight. This role will help us evolve how we measure impact, optimize investments, and unlock smarter, more sustainable growth across every channel.

What You'll Do
  • Build and own reporting and analysis for all marketing channels and campaigns through common tools (Looker, Amplitude, Google Sheets).
  • Drive methodological improvements for existing and new solutions to assess marketing efficiency, ROI and CAC, including MMM, MTA, Customer LTV and churn analyses.
  • Partner with external and internal teams to evolve attribution models and ensure accurate tracking of marketing touchpoints. Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to set up partner data ingestion and ensure data integrity for automated reporting.
  • Draft hypotheses and design test structures (A/B, incrementality) to identify opportunities for scale and efficiency, directly contributing to overall growth.
  • Build and maintain predictive models for financial and performance projections, and to quantify customer lifetime value (CLTV).
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, science, computer science, business analytics or related quantitative focus.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in analytics with a preference for eCommerce or marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience managing channel revenue through mix model (MMM).
  • Experience working with platforms including or similar to Snowflake, Looker, LiftLab, Shopify.
What We Offer
  • Remote with preference for PST working hours.   • Pay range for this role: $140k - $155k. Relocation is not available. Allbirds evaluates pay rates based on market rates, job level, location, skills, experience and peer compensation.
