This is a senior individual contributor role that serves as the analytical center of excellence for Marketing. The role builds strong cross-functional partnerships across Brand & Content Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing & Operations, Membership, Events, IT, and other stakeholders to establish meaningful measures of success, identify trends and opportunities, and provide recommendations that influence marketing strategy, investment decisions, audience engagement, and organizational growth initiatives.

  • Analyze performance across brand, content, digital, membership, events, sponsorships, audience development, and growth marketing initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that connect marketing activity to key audience, marketing, revenue, and organizational goals, including executive-level reporting that provides visibility into performance, growth metrics, marketing ROI, and strategic priorities.
  • Develop benchmarks, forecasts, and performance models that help Marketing and ACP leaders understand expected results, assess progress, and identify meaningful changes in performance.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Director, Growth Marketing to develop measurement approaches and establish KPIs, evaluate Membership and Event marketing effectiveness, and translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Audience Intelligence, Segmentation & Journey Analysis
  • Develop and refine audience segmentation models that identify meaningful audience groups and provide insight into differences in engagement, conversion, and retention across ACP’s audiences.
  • Build analytical views of audience journeys across ACP touchpoints, identifying how priority audiences engage with ACP and providing insight into Membership and Event participant behaviors and decision points.
  • Identify conversion points, drop-off patterns, engagement signals, and opportunities to improve audience progression across the marketing funnel and priority audience segments.
  • Provide insights that inform business prioritization, targeting, lifecycle strategy, campaign development, and optimization.
Attribution, Testing & Optimization
  • Partner with functional leads to measure and evaluate the performance of ACP's digital channels, website experience, content strategy, audience acquisition efforts, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Develop practical attribution methodologies that improve ACP’s understanding of how marketing channels, campaigns, and touchpoints contribute to engagement, demand, conversion, and revenue outcomes.
  • Design and lead measurement approaches for marketing tests and experiments, including audience, message, channel, offer, landing page, and lifecycle optimization.
