ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • - Builds and manages relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to achieve revenue goals and grow engagement. 40%
  • - Leads planning and execution of event fundraising activities, includinglogistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience delivery. 20%
  • - Develops and executes strategies to grow revenue, participation, and donor pipeline within assigned portfolio. 15%
  • - Aligns event participants and partners to broader organizational engagement opportunities to deepen long-term impact. 10%
  • - Monitors performance against goals, adjusting strategies tooptimizerevenue and return on investment. 10%
  • - Coordinates cross-functional partners to ensure successful event delivery and brand alignment. 5%
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • - Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
    - Years of experience: 2 years successful experience in fundraising and relationship development
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
  • - Demonstrated success driving revenue through relationship building and volunteerengagement.
  • - Strong project management and event execution skills.
  • - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Effectiverelationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
  • - Strong customer and donor experience orientation.

The starting rate is $70,000 to $75,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
