Responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of a seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars + event fundraising portfolio. Drives revenue growth through advanced relationship management, strategic donor engagement, and volunteer leadership development. Expands impact by strengthening pipelines and aligning event fundraising with broader organizational priorities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Builds and elevates relationships with high-impact donors, sponsors, and volunteer leaders to drive increased revenue and retention.35%

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelors in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Years of experience:2 years successful experience in fundraising and relationship development

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Travel varies depending on the portfolio assignment and event staffing model
  • Must be able to attend evening and weekend meetings,eventsand programs either remotely or in-person depending on the portfolio assignment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Some liftingmay be neededas part of event set up activities

The starting rate is $72,000 to $75,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
