What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Market Access training strategy and curriculum
- Design and facilitate onboarding and advanced training for various sales and reimbursement teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create training materials aligned with business needs
- Conduct ongoing needs analysis to refine training strategies based on insights from various stakeholders
- Manage resources and budgets effectively to achieve training objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of industry experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or biotech
- 2+ years of experience in sales training, market access training, and/or reimbursement training
- Proven track record of developing and delivering engaging training solutions
- BA/BS degree in Science, Education, Business, or Marketing
- Strong understanding of managed markets and reimbursement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience in training program development and instructional design
- Knowledge of field-based and internal employee roles and responsibilities
- Strong vendor and contract negotiation skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
