Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager Market Access covering the DACH region, based in Munich, to secure market access and reimbursement across our portfolio. You will collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Global Market Access and Pricing teams in a hybrid work model.

You will lead pricing strategies, develop market access dossiers, and engage with authorities (G-BA) and statutory funds, while building strong stakeholder partnerships to drive access objectives.

Qualifications

• University degree in health economics, natural sciences, pharmacy, medicine, business administration, or a comparable field.
• Experience in Market Access & Pricing, including market access strategy development and benefit assessment dossiers.
• Good knowledge of the German healthcare system, healthcare policy, and medicines legislation.
• Experience handling contracts with statutory health insurance funds.
• Ability to evaluate clinical, health economic, and market data and develop strategic recommendations.
• Experience with reimbursement price negotiations under 130b SGB V.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, neurology, rare disease, or related therapeutic areas.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, influencing, engagement, problem-solving, ownership, and strategic planning skills.

This Role Requires
