Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Test Engineering to lead the test organization across PCBA Functional Test, End-of-Line, HiPot, and Run-In systems.

Manage test software, data systems, and automation initiatives for Home product portfolios including Solar & Storage and Interconnect Controls. The role requires building high-performing teams, setting strategy, and partnering with Product Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver robust test platforms

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in manufacturing test, automation, software development, or electronics manufacturing.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team of manufacturing test engineers, software developers, and designers.
• Define test strategies for power electronics, energy storage, and related products.
• Drive test system deployment, validation, and integration with MES and data systems.
• Develop and deploy manufacturing test software and automation solutions.
• Improve yield, uptime, and cycle times through automation and data analytics.
