Job summary

Baker Tilly’s Industrial Advisory team in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead manufacturing cost accounting engagements. You will design, implement, and supervise cost‑accounting processes, inventory costing, and data analysis for manufacturing clients, ensuring accurate cost information and actionable insights across operations.

You will guide engagement teams, manage client relationships, and advance domestic content analyses across ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in manufacturing cost accounting or related advisory roles.
• CPA and/or CMA certifications preferred.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle Finance/Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements involving inventory costing, product costing, and manufacturing cost analysis.
• Assess client cost‑accounting methodologies, systems, processes, controls, and data for improvements.
• Provide senior leadership for cost‑accounting and data‑analysis components of domestic content engagements.
• Travel as needed to client facilities.
