HITT Contracting Inc. seeks a senior leader in Merger & Acquisition to identify, research, and evaluate acquisition targets across U.S. markets aligned with our diversification strategy. The role builds target pipelines, develops market maps, and presents recommendations to executives and CFO.

You will lead due diligence coordination, craft investment theses, and refine scalable research processes while traveling as needed to meet targets and research markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; concentration in business, finance, or economics preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated experience independently researching markets or companies and producing clear, decision-ready analysis.
• Strong financial acumen, including the ability to evaluate a company's financial position and assess valuation drivers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with industry research databases.

Responsabilidades

• Research and map key markets across the United States to identify regions and verticals with strong acquisition potential.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of acquisition targets that fit the company''s business model.
• Develop market maps, competitive landscapes, and target profiles that communicate opportunity, fit, and risk.
• Build investment theses for prioritized markets and targets, including strategic rationale and preliminary financial assessment.
• Present research findings and recommendations to operations executives, finance, and executive leadership.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and corporate resources department heads to support due diligence.
• Build and refine repeatable research methodologies, screening criteria, and tools to scale the M&A function.
• Travel as needed to research markets and meet with prospective targets.
