Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Senior Manager for Low Voltage Equipment Engineering within the Power Products division to lead engineering activities for LV switchgear, switchboard, and MCC offers. Schneider Electric has a meaningful opportunity available for a Senior Manager for Low Voltage (LV) Equipment Engineering inour Power Products division. Your Missions
  • Lead all engineering activities (maintenance of existing offers and new product development) for our Low Voltage Switchgear, Switchboard and Motor Control Center offers
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance to engineering team members
  • Collaborate with Product owners and marketing league leaders to influence the technical roadmap
  • Develop existing and new technical competencies within the team members
  • Engage with various cross-functional teams whenever technical assistance is required concerning the offer.
  • Evaluate the performance of engineering team members
  • Act as the chairman of the Offer Safety Committee

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 168,800 - USD 253,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
