Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring staff.
• 8+ years in aerospace structures or mechanisms lifecycle development.
• Experience in requirements, design, integration, verification, and operation.
• Resource management across staffing, budget, and schedule.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and control subsystem baseline for technical, cost, and schedule.
• Lead a team of engineers to design, analyze, manufacture, integrate, and test hardware/software.
• Manage external procurements and internal dependencies to meet deliveries.
• Coach direct reports and drive performance development.
• Apply data-driven management to improve program operations.
