Job summary

TotalEnergies Gas & Power North America, Inc. seeks a Manager, Long-Term Pricing & Structuring to shape pricing strategy for a diversified generation portfolio. You will develop valuation models, support investment decisions, and drive long-term analyses with senior stakeholders.

In this role, you will work with Trading, Asset Management, Finance, Investments, and Risk teams to deliver insights and ensure consistent assumptions and methodologies across projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Energy Markets, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of asset valuation, energy markets, risk management, portfolio management, or long-term strategy experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. and wholesale power markets, with pricing and regulatory insight.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience building pricing, valuation, and optimization models.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and optimize the hedging strategy for the Long-Term Portfolio.
• Structure and implement merchant exposure hedging with RECs and environmental products.
• Measure, monitor, and analyze merchant exposures with sensitivity analyses and stress tests.
• Support negotiation, structuring, and valuation of long-term power contracts.
• Develop long-term energy margin forecasts and market outlooks for planning and decisions.
• Collaborate with Trading, Asset Management, Finance, Investments, and Risk teams.
