The Opportunity

The Senior Manager, Learner Equity Programs will be a cross-functional leader responsible for advancing SNHU's learner equity priorities through strategic program development, insight generation, and institutional collaboration. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Learner Equity, you will guide projects that enhance student belonging, engagement, and support across the learner experience. You will be remote and working from any of our approved states. #LI-Remote

Please note this is a grant-funded position through June 2026.

What you'll do
  • Lead Strategic Program Development - Guide the creation of projects that support equitable outcomes for all learners, especially those with the greatest opportunity gaps.
  • Create Insights Through Research and Data - Analyze disaggregated data and apply student-centered research methods to identify systemic barriers and guide learner-centered improvements.
  • Foster Institutional Collaboration - Partner with academic, advising, and student experience teams to co-develop programs and embed an equity lens across strategy and implementation.
  • Advance Design Strategy and Implementation - Apply and evolve SNHU's learner-centered design framework to influence programs, services, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate Project Execution - Manage timelines, communications, and reporting across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of equity-focused projects.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in higher education, student success, learner equity, or related fields, with experience designing and implementing cross-functional programs at scale.
  • Demonstrated experience managing programs from concept through implementation, including project scoping, milestone tracking, and partner coordination.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, or survey platforms like Qualtrics, with the ability to summarize data into applicable insights.
  • Applied experience with qualitative or quantitative research methods, including, survey design and analysis, focus groups, student journey mapping, or data disaggregation for equity insight.
Compensation

The annual pay range for this position is $62,411.00 - $99,876.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $68,964.00 - $93,304.00.
