The Senior Manager, Know Your Customer (KYC) Advisory Governance performs a key risk management role (second line of defense) to help ensure corporate initiatives and line‑of‑business processes comply with applicable Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) laws, regulations, and guidance. While working within the Compliance Management Program framework, the Senior Manager is responsible for delivering quality results, providing compliance advice to lines of business as a subject‑matter expert, and executing or participating in corporate processes.
The role will help to establish an effective risk‑control environment and address regulatory/compliance requirements while ensuring consistency among Enterprise KYC and Advisory across Capital One Lines of Business. The role will facilitate transparency and proactive engagement between all areas of AML and the lines of business (LOBs) by launching new or enhancing existing engagement forums/models, and create mechanisms (e.g., through the regular risk review processes, new reporting, etc.) to ensure visibility of the AML program status for each LOB, including early indicators of emerging risks or changing behaviours.

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed‑upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI). Incentives may be discretionary or non‑discretionary depending on the plan.
