Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Ten+ years leading delivery of enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Five+ years of people leadership managing technical, engineering, or product teams.
• Experience leading Agile product delivery organizations and cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering customer engagement, digital platform, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions.

• Monitor business outcomes, delivery metrics, and platform performance to inform investment/roadmap decisions.
• Lead development and adoption of enterprise AI capabilities, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Partner with product and business leaders to identify high-value AI use cases improving productivity.
• Drive responsible AI practices, governance standards, and scalable platform adoption.
• Build and develop high-performing teams of product managers, engineers, architects, and technical leaders.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of people leadership experience managing technical, engineering, or product teams.

• Experience leading Agile product delivery organizations and cross-functional teams.

• Experience delivering customer engagement, digital platform, cloud, or enterprise technology solutions.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies, modern software delivery practices, and AI-enabled platforms.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution and delivery excellence.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer engagement platforms, personalization technologies, or marketing technology ecosystems.

• Experience leading cloud-based solutions and platforms leveraging AWS.

• Experience delivering Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, or enterprise AI platforms.

• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, large language model (LLM) technologies, and AI orchestration frameworks.
