StackAdapt is hiring a remote-based Sr. Manager of Inventory Partnerships and Development. This role is a key member of the inventory development team, overseeing strategic inventory partnerships. You will be responsible for the development of our inventory engagements (SSP, publishers, etc.) and strategy, with a focus on supply enablement. You will manage day-to-day relationships with our inventory partners across out-of-channel formats and manage our contract pipeline. The role collaborates closely with the sales, account, and technical solutions teams. As part of the StackAdapt DSP, you will attend industry events and often be off-site as a representative of the business.

The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience managing or working with SSPs and/or DSPs with cross-industry (buyer/seller) partner contacts.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • 5+ years of related experience in sales, business development, and/or account management within an advertising technology company; with at least seven years working in programmatic advertising
  • A mature and well-informed view of the dynamics of cross-platform digital advertising and a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem
  • Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building, external and internal customer satisfaction management
  • Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and partner with technical solutions, product and engineering teams to develop solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Drive growth across channel formats, with a heavy focus on scaling CTV, Audio, Display, and Mobile within StackAdapt’s DSP
  • Drive enablement and activation across SSPs and publishers within StackAdapt’s deals library
  • Partner with team lead to negotiate and structure commercial agreements with SSPs and publishers, ensuring mutually beneficial deal terms and long-term value
  • Assist with supply partner commercialization efforts, including marketplace positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Regularly participate in partner entertainment and activities focused on strengthening business relationships
  • Meet and exceed annual goals/targets (based on individual channels)
  • Travel as necessary in support of business objectives (partner meetings, conferences, internal meetings)
  • To lead effectively, quickly connect the dots between all functions and have a deep understanding of StackAdapt technology, services, and capabilities
  • Self-motivated and optimistic, with a good sense of humor and high emotional intelligence
