Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation, headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, seeks a Vice President of Internal Audit to lead the annual risk-based Audit Plan and coordinate ICOFR testing across manufacturing and distribution operations. You will partner with management to deliver value-added audit guidance and drive process improvements with data analytics.

The role requires strong governance and a proven track record in internal auditing, with travel expected at 10–15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum 6 years: public accounting and/or Internal Audit.
• Experience auditing manufacturing and distribution with ICOFR.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual risk-based Audit Plan.
• Perform ICOFR testing and internal audits; manage projects.
• Advise management on risk, controls, governance, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ERM program administrators.
• Manage IA department budget and forecasts; drive process improvements using data analytics.
