Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or Internal Audit.
• Experience auditing manufacturing and distribution companies or working within a manufacturing/distribution environment, with ICOFR experience.
• Proficiency with data analytics and technology-enabled audit techniques to identify and assess risks, improve audit effectiveness, and provide meaningful business insights.
• Ability to travel 10-15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual risk-based Audit Plan.
• Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) testing and audits.
• Consult on risk management, governance, operational improvement, cost savings, and strategic initiatives.
• External auditor coordination and assistance.
• Support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program administration.
• Supervise, develop, and coach IA team members and external consultants.
• Manage scoping, planning, fieldwork, reporting for audits and projects.
• Follow-up on remediation status and IA budget/forecasts.
