Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS) for the Orgovyx brand in Prostate Cancer. You will synthesize market research, analytics, and performance data to guide growth and inform strategic decisions.

You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to develop evidence-based narratives and actionable recommendations, influencing senior leadership. The role requires strong analytics, storytelling, and vendor management skills, with hybrid work onsite 2–3 days per week

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in market research, analytics, or strategic planning
• Experience designing and managing qualitative and quantitative research programs
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors

Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial stakeholders to identify key business questions
• Deliver integrated insights and strategic recommendations that support brand performance
• Conduct business assessments, patient journey analyses, and scenario planning to identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives for senior stakeholders, integrating new data and existing knowledge into compelling and persuasive arguments supporting specific, actionable recommendations
• Support development of long-term brand and franchise strategies through evidence-based insights
• Design and execute research to inform brand and franchise decisions
• Develop, commission and contract research through preferred vendors
• Synthesize research, analytics, field insights, and performance data into integrated recommendations
• Use AI-enabled tools and emerging methods to accelerate and scale insight generation
• Evaluate and verify AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reliability, and potential bias
• Translate insights into clear, actionable deliverables for stakeholders
• Create and manage market research budget in collaboration with alliance counterparts
• Ensure all market research activities comply with Pfizer’s internal guidelines, as well as industry regulations and legal requirements
