RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Drive Generator Product Line (P5) to drive performance and customer satisfaction. You will lead delivery and cost initiatives, aligning product, platform, and customer strategies across teams to ensure success.

This role is onsite in Rockford, IL with travel up to 25% for customer engagements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product line management, KPI leadership, and strong collaboration with OE and Aftermarket customers.

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Integrated Drive Generator Product Line (P5). In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving product line performance and customer satisfaction. You will lead efforts to meet delivery and cost performance goals, while collaborating across teams to develop and execute product, platform, and customer strategies.

What You Will Do

• Oversee Manage product line Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring delivery and cost performance targets are met.

What You Will Learn

You will gain experience in Product Line Management, problem-solving, product line strategy planning and execution.

Qualifications

• You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• U.S. Person – Military contract stipulates the candidates must be U.S. Persons.
• Experience in customer management, including serving as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prior work experience managing product line KPIs, including delivery performance and cost control.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational and strategic goals.
• Qualifications We Prefer Technical understanding of Electric Power Systems product lines.
• Experience working with key OE and/or Aftermarket customers of Collins Aerospace, Power & Controls, or Electric Power Systems.

Salary

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
